The service
Moments helps you swap the photos you and your friends capture of each other. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Biometric consent
To recognize which photos are of you, Moments computes a numeric representation of your face (a “face embedding”) on your device. By creating an account and identifying yourself in your photos, you consent in writing to Moments collecting, storing, and using your face embedding as described in the privacy policy: it is stored on our servers, shared only with people connected to you so their app can find photos of you, retained until you delete your account or ask us to remove it, and never sold.
Your content
You own your photos. You give Moments the limited license needed to deliver them to the people you choose. Only share photos you have the right to share; don’t use Moments to harass anyone. Recipients can report content, and we can remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Invites
When you send photos to someone who isn’t on Moments, you direct us to text them an invite on your behalf. Only invite people you actually know.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
